BATAVIA — The public is invited to the David M. McCarthy Memorial Ice Arena on Evans Street this afternoon at 5:30 when the Empire State Winter Games Torch Relay will pass through the arena.
The event is happening for the 2nd consecutive year. The torch relay will be accompanied by members of the Ramparts Organization.
