Principal of St. Paul Lutheran School in Batavia Charged With Felony Sex Abuse


 

      Jason Clark, the principal of the St. Paul Lutheran School in Batavia, has been arrested and charged with felony sexual misconduct in the second degree for 2 or more  incidents which occurred during school years 2014-16, with the same student who was  younger than 11 years old at the time, Clark, who is 42, had been a teacher at the school since 2002, and the student was in his class at the time. Clark was promoted to principal in 2019.

       Clark was arraigned in court on Monday, Jan. 30 in Genesee County Court, where he pled not guilty.
